NEW TRIAL HOURS
During the months of April & May the Glendale Sports Center will be having a trial period of later hours on Monday – Thursday and Sundays. If we see good usage during these hours the changes could become permanent.
Monday-Thursday 5:30am-10pm
Friday 5:30am-9pm
Saturday 7:30am-6pm
Sunday 8:30am-6pm
REFER A MEMBER TO JOIN
Refer a member to join the Glendale Sports Center during the month of April for a chance to win a Fitbit Blaze! The new member must put your name on the application at the time of joining. A Fitbit Blaze is a smart fitness watch that helps you maximize every workout and every day.
PICKLEBALL SOCIAL MIXER
Come play one of the fastest growing sports in the U.S. Join us for a Pickleball Social on Saturday, April 29th from 1PM-3PM on our outdoor courts. Play Pickleball, meet new friends, eat and have fun! The fee is $5/person. The registration deadline is April 22nd. Click here to register.
KIDS NIGHT OUT
The Glendale Sports Center will be offering Kids Night Out the first Friday of every month. Drop your kids ages 5-12 off with us and enjoy a night on the town. They will enjoy structured activities and dinner while you’re out! Click here for more information and to register.
NEW FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
Our Spring fitness class schedule is out! We have added Yoga on Sundays at noon. Click here to view the new schedule.
YMCA ANNUAL CAMPAIGN
We would like to thank all the GSC members who supported the YMCA’s Annual Campaign. Thanks to you we have raised $63,420 which leaves only $11,580 left to raise of our $75,000 goal. These dollars go to support the day camp and afterschool programs here at the Glendale Sports Center, as well as providing special opportunities for our teens like the Youth In Government program or Teen Biz entrepreneur program and scholarships for our music, arts and dance classes. If you are interested in making a donation or learning more please ask the front desk.
