CASINO TRIP
Our active older adults group will be going to Blackhawk Casino on Friday, June 16th. The bus will depart from the Glendale Sports Center at 9:30am and return at 4:45pm. Registration is $5, which includes transportation, a $5 food voucher and a $5 play card at the casino. Register at the front desk to reserve your spot!
USA RUGBY CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
Infinity Park will host the USA Rugby Club Championships Saturday, June 3rd- Sunday, June 4th. Come check out 10 of the best men’s and women’s teams in the nation! Click here for tournament information or to purchase your tickets.
BASKETBALL COURT CLOSURE
Due to the Rugby Club Championships the BASKETBALL COURT will be closed on Saturday, June 3rd from 1pm-4pm. We apologize for any inconvenience.
ARAPAHOE LIBRARY BOOKMOBILE
The Arapahoe Library Book Mobile will be visiting the GSC this summer. Stop by and check out your favorite books. The Book Mobile will be parked out front from 10am-11am on 6/12, 6/19, 6/26, 7/10, 7/17 and 7/24.
PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT
The Glendale Sports Center is holding its first indoor pickleball tournament Saturday, June 10th from 9am-1pm. Teams are guaranteed 4 games including round robin and single elimination tournament play. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams. Teams will consist of 2 players (male, female or coed). TENNIS LESSONS
Whether you are a beginner, playing for the first time or an experienced player trying to hone your skills, our tennis lessons can help improve your game. The Glendale Sports Center offers private and semi private lessons May-October. The courts are located on the corner of Kentucky Ave. and Birch St. and lesson times are flexible.
