MYWELLNESS APPLICATION
Did you know that our Treadmills, Ellipticals & Vario machines have a fitness tracker to track all of your workouts? When you sign up for the Mywellness app either on-line or on your smartphone you will be able track all of your workouts, classes and daily activities and get a report each week of your progress. It also syncs with other activity tracking platforms to help keep you accountable. To get started download the app on your android device or iphone. NEW TRIAL HOURS
During the months of April & May the Glendale Sports Center will be having a trial period of later hours on Monday – Thursday and Sundays. If we see good usage during these hours the changes could become permanent.
Monday-Thursday 5:30am-10pm
Friday 5:30am-9pm
Saturday 7:30am-6pm
Sunday 8:30am-6pm
MEMORIAL DAY HOURS
In celebration of Memorial Day the Glendale Sports Center will be open 9am-3pm on Monday, May 30th. All exercise classes that day are cancelled. Have a safe and happy Memorial Day!
FITBIT WINNER
Congrats to Gabriela Salazar! Gabriela referred a member to join the Glendale Sports Center in April and is a winner of a Fitbit Blaze! Look for our member referral promotions for a change to win great prizes.
PARENTS NIGHT OUT
The Glendale Sports Center will be offering Kids Night Out the first Friday of every month. Drop your kids ages 5-12 off with us and enjoy a night on the town. They will enjoy structured activities and dinner while you’re out! Click here for more information and to register.
ADULT SPORTS LEAGUES

OUTDOOR PICKLEBALL
Come play Pickleball outdoors this summer! Starting May 2nd Pickleball will be held outdoors on Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am-11am. Indoor Pickleball will be Tuesday & Thursday from 1pm-3pm. Click here for more information on our Pickleball program.
