The Glendale Sports Center will be closed on Thursday, November 22rd in celebration of Thanksgiving. We will be open normal hours all other days. The fitness class schedule on Friday, November 23rd is as follows:

MEN’S BASKETBALL REGISTRATION
Keep active and stay warm this season by playing indoor Men’s Basketball. Individual sign-ups and team sign-ups are available through November 8th and games are played on Wednesday evenings. Click here to register online.
The average American consumes 4500 calories on Thanksgiving Day. Join our Glendale Sports Center Burn Before the Bird App Challenge. The challenge is to burn 4500 calories between November 1st and November 21st before the holiday season. Log all your workouts completed at the Glendale Sports Center in the app. One winner will be selected among all participants that complete the challenge. The winner will receive a $50 Target gift card.

Put your creativity to paper and canvas at our weekly Art Classes. Join professional artist Sue Gibbons as she takes you through the steps of creating your very own masterpiece. Classes are on Wednesday and sign-ups are available through November 5th.
Where to Start to Love Your Heart- Thursday Nov 15th at 10:30am
Taking care of your heart doesn’t have to be complicated. Start by uncovering some common heart care myths, and then begin your journey toward heart health with 3 simple dietary strategies and three supplements that will pump up your heart health.
Our annual holiday celebration will be held Tuesday, December 18th from 5:30pm-7:00pm. Join us for crafts, music, cookies, hot chocolate and a visit from Santa. This event is free to the public. Bring your camera!
COLORADO GIVES DAY
Each December Coloradans come together with the common goal to strengthen the community by helping to power nonprofits. Join one of the largest one-day giving movements in the country on Tuesday, December 4th by giving to a nonprofit. Click here to give to the Denver YMCA.
