Essentrics With Team Up
Essentrics with Team up is a group of Essentrics certified Level 2-4 and Master Instructors working together to expand the variety of Essentrics classes available in Denver. We use the established and proven Essentrics method to educate and empower clients in a movement form that optimizes the body’s potential for strength, flexibility, and mobility.

You may pre register online or at the front desk. Day of registrations will be charged the Day Of Drop In rate. Click here to register online. Members may have to look up their account to register. Glendale Sports Center and Denver YMCA members will receive the member rates. Non-members may have to look up their account or create a new account to register.
